Shiprock Marathon (Shiprock, NM)

The 44th annual Shiprock Marathon is a Boston Qualifier and a part of the Abbott Marathon Majors Masters World Championships.
Shiprock Marathon is the oldest and largest marathon on the Navajo Nation and offers other-worldly views of this volcanic core that juts 1800 feet into the desert sky. The marathon and half-marathon courses take you on a scenic route with stellar views of the iconic Shiprock Pinnacle. There are aid stations every mile, and live music all around the course. Race weekend includes a 5K trail race, a Health and Wellness Expo, and a post-race party you won’t soon forget. The Shiprock Kids Marathon annually attracts 500+ runners who do a “marathon” at their own pace over the course of the spring.
