 Start: 3PM at Tséhootsooí Primary Learning Center
 Finish: 5PM at the Apache County Ballot Drop Box, Fort Defiance, AZ (Fort Defiance Road Yard)
 6-8PM: Community Celebration at the Navajo Nation Museum, Window Rock, AZ
